In order to best service all customers, groups of 5 or more please call ahead.
We will do our best to accommodate all of our customers as best as we can.
Drop-off Policy
We offer drop-offs for children 8-years-old and up. Let them use their creativity while you run errands! A minimum $20 per child purchase is required to keep your child occupied. Your child may stay a maximum of 2 hours per day. You will be charged $5 for every five minutes past the maximum of 2 hours. Drop-offs are subject to space and staffing available; we highly encourage you to call before you come. Children age 10 and older may be dropped off with siblings aged 5+. CREATE reserves the right to revoke drop-off privileges.
Instruction Fee
The majority of projects can be completed with minimal instruction by a CREATE staffer. Getting you started is included in the project price. Some projects require advanced skill. CREATE is more than happy to share our knowledge with you at a fee of $15 per hour. We are happy to divide the instruction fee among your group or to prorate it for instruction that takes less than an hour.
Sewing & Jewelry
Sewing & jewelry-making projects are by appointment only. It is important to CREATE that we have the proper staff on hand to help you. We LOVE to sew at CREATE but we must limit the number of kiddos in a sewing party to no more than 10. In order to help everyone & get done in a 2 hour time period we MUST have a second helper for 6-10 kiddos. Please understand that after having several sewing parties we feel this is in the best interest of everyone having a good time & a completed project to take home.
Door Hangers
We have a limited numbers and styles of our custom door hangers on hand for drop-in projects. If you are interested in making a specific door hanger, you must call at least 48-hours in advance so we may prepare your project for completion. All door hanger requests require a 50% deposit upon order.
Private Lessons
We are also available by appointment for private lessons at $20 per hour.
